Michele Moyer is a new associate attorney at the Bergmanis Law Firm.  Originally from Camdenton, she decided to return to her hometown to practice law following graduation from the University of Missouri School of Law in May 2018.  Michele attended Drury University in Springfield, Missouri where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology.  She also received a Master’s Degree in Criminology from Missouri State University.  Prior to law school, Michele was fortunate to work at different law firms in various practice areas, including personal injury, estate planning, family law, oil and gas law, and higher education.  She also worked at the Office of General Counsel at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City for over three years before returning to Missouri for law school. 

During law school, Michele worked as a research assistant to several professors with interests in the areas of free speech and protests on University campuses as well as employment law.  She also served as a law clerk at the Missouri Office of Public Counsel where she conducted legal research concerning utility regulations, mergers & acquisitions, and rate cases.  In her final year of law school, she was a law clerk to the general counsel for a prominent family. 

Michele's practice at the Bergmanis Law Firm focuses primarily on criminal defense and personal injury law.
